values your time, and we hope you can appreciate that our time is too. To ensure smooth scheduling, we request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes.

Please give us more than 48 hours' notice on business days to avoid cancellation fees. A $100 fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged. Please note that this fee applies even in cases of unavoidable sickness. Telehealth options are available for in-person appointments if suitable; otherwise, late cancellations may be incurred.

A Did Not Attend (DNA) is recorded if you are more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, and relevant bank charges may apply.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time. However, the following policy applies:

  • Failure to attend or provide cancellation notice of less than 48 hours will incur a $100 fee.

  • This fee will be requested at the time of appointment cancellation and will need to be paid before the next appointment

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the appointment fee

Please note that Medicare or Health Funds cannot reimburse late cancellation or non-attendance fees.

Repeated instances of late cancellations or non-attendance may result in future appointment cancellations.
